I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Receptionist Hussam was so pleasant and helpful .we were attending a wedding and stayed for two nights, the room is perfect and have everything you can think of, the complete view of the Nile is awesome. Breakfast was amazing with lots of varieties and the staff were doing their best to help and provide the optimum service. Valet staff were very helpful and assisting us politely. The mall associates to the hotel was a great idea and we’ll set with varieties. In conclusion, I highly recommend the hotel and will stay in it next time .

In the heart of downtown Cairo on the Nile, you will find the most beautiful well appointed hotel as a person who has stayed at every hotel in this area from the Ritz to Hilton. I can tell you nothing compares to the Fairmont. This is the only hotel in Cairo that is actually handicap accessible, regardless of what other hotel say they are not truly handicap access the Fairmont is laid out with spacious rooms, adaptive equipment, and without stairs, making it wheelchair accessible completely! The hotel is extremely clean. The rooms are spacious the restaurants and room service have quality food. The staff go out of their way to make your stay nice This is luxury at its best!

I would like to share my experiences regarding my stay at hotel. Unfortunately, my sister and I found our stay in the "Signature Room" for 9 days to be very disappointing. 1. Quality of Service: The service at the hotel was not at all at the level of a 5-star hotel and felt more like a 3-star establishment. 2. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the rooms was very poor. The mirrors and bathrooms were stained, and the linens had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, beside the pool, there was a lot of trash and cigarette butts under the chairs, indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness. 3. Security: As a lone woman, I did not feel safe. The presence of single Arab men around and the lack of respect for our privacy, especially with them filming us by the pool, created an unpleasant experience. 4. Staff Behavior: The behavior of one of the staff members (Security officer )was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I entered the hotel without shoes after two business meetings and a party, due to severe pain and swelling in my feet, he confronted me in an inappropriate tone, which was unacceptable.
