Fairmont Palliser

Wonderful stay for our first time in Calgary. After a booking error they swiftly upgraded us and moved our items while we were out. Jameson was super helpful keeping me posted via text. The gold level was a great experience and worth the extra cost. It includes a lovely penthouse lounge with breakfast and evening snacks. Sammy was also exceptional but the whole staff was friendly and outstanding. Location is perfect, I self parked and never needed the car for 4 days.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this wonderful property. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of the entire team. Every staff member—from top management to housekeeping—was courteous, attentive, and always eager to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts one could ask for. It truly felt like a home away from home. One small suggestion would be to include a few more options for vegetarians in the breakfast menu. However, this did not take away from the overall fantastic experience. Overall, I would gladly give the highest rating for service, comfort, and hospitality. Looking forward to returning again!

This hotel is just beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are very clean and quiet. Room service is just lovely and all the food is fresh and beautifully prepared. The staff are incredibly kind and they went out of their way to help us when a tour we had booked was cancelled. I highly recommend this lovely place and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
