Fairmont Quasar Istanbul

This is an iconic place in Istanbul. The architecture is just unique. It was built with a lot of love for details. The view of the restaurant is just amazing. The food was phenomenal. We had a six course menu and was just amazed by every course. The pool area is also fantastic with a great view. The rooms are spacious, super modern and decorated in a elegant way. I just can recommend this hotel and the restaurant to everyone who wants to have a unique experience.

Firstly I would like to thank the greatest man ever in this establishment, which is Salim the receptionist at the hotel. Me and my wife came on our honeymoon he checked us earlier than expected which helped us because we were exhausted from our flight. Also he helped me to have a surprise for my wife. The stay is amazing the view is beyond beautiful we had the skyline view. Overall this is the best hotel in istanbul. The breakfast is very good. The only thing that will help is to have more protein options in the breakfast, have a different dishes because we stayed for 6 nights. Safety is a high priority entrance is gated with high security car entrance, hotel entrance.

A standard 5-star hotel has a very fast breakfast - no freshly squeezed juice, no normal cheeses (you won't even find ordinary gouda there). The pool has a beautiful view but is absolutely icy. but there's no one there at all because of that. The room is good, the mattress is good. everything is as it should be, but the staff, as often happens, does not understand where they work - for example, I had two hair conditioners and body gel in the room, but there was no shampoo. But it doesn't matter to them that they have 3 bottles, so everything is OK. The tea I drank was the only black tea bag at the beginning, and no one else added it. Water is included in 1 bottle from a purifier in which a 100% filter has not been changed for a very long time
