I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Fairmont Ramla, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was warmly greeted by Layla at the reception. Her professionalism and welcoming demeanor set the tone for my entire visit. Layla took the time to give me an excellent tour of the hotel rooms, showcasing the beautiful design and luxurious amenities. She was knowledgeable about each room's features and made sure to highlight what made each space unique. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and it certainly made me even more excited to experience a stay at the hotel soon. The Fairmont Ramla boasts a stunning ambiance, and with dedicated employees like Layla, it's clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority. I’m staying at Fairmont Ramla, Riyadh for a short work trip— its been half a day and I’m already thoroughly impressed. The hotel is immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly spacious — from the grand lobby to the rooms. My room was not only elegant but also well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The pool and surrounding views were a highlight — calm, refreshing, and serene. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with special thanks to Mr. Salem at the main reception for his professionalism and warm welcome, and to Ms. Seham at the gym reception for her kindness and helpfulness. They both added a personal touch to an already high-quality stay. Highly recommend for both business and leisure — a truly five-star experience.
