Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana

Exceptional in every way. The staff, the food, the service was the best we have ever experienced. From the check in we were greeted and supported. They sorted out all the options and use of WhatsApp to message about arrival meant we knew exactly what we needed to do. We upgraded to gold level and this was a great choice. The room perfectly matched our families needs- and any issues weee supported. The lounge access was fantastic and food great. Every member of staff treated us with respect and dignity. Again, the best place we have ever stayed. Thank you to all the team.

Great hotel with loads of facilities and high attention to detail for customer service. We were well looked after at all times. The spa was one of the best we've ever had, a relaxing massage and uninterrupted time in the relaxation room after. Murilo at breakfast served us regularly and never left my cup of coffee empty. He was great to talk to, very approachable, and excels at what he does!

I can’t say enough about this property. The location is outstanding. The service is wonderful. The dining options throughout the day are absolutely divine. The pool overlooks Copacabana Beach, where you can enjoy a refreshing coconut water. Our family is returning this year. Love it!
