One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Fairmont Riyadh! I was genuinely impressed by the level of elegance and the incredibly respectful service. From the moment I arrived, the valet took my car and luggage with such professionalism. Then I was warmly welcomed by Al-Otaibi, whose generosity and kindness truly touched me. I was honestly in a bad mood that day, but the staff completely lifted my spirits with their warm hospitality and exceptional service. The suite was luxurious, and to my surprise, they had prepared a beautiful birthday setup for me — it was heartfelt and unforgettable. The entire place was spotless and more stunning than words can describe. I would absolutely repeat this experience without hesitation. Thank you so much for hosting me so beautifully — you made my day truly special! ❤️

I had the pleasure of enjoying a coffee with my family yesterday at Coffee Connect in Fairmont Riyadh. It was a truly delightful experience, made even more special by the warm and welcoming staff. I truly loved my stay at this hotel. Everything was handled with such professionalism and eleganc. Every request I made was fulfilled promptly and with care. What touched me the most was how they treated my mother – they sent a wheelchair along with someone to assist her all the way to the room. It meant a lot to us. Special thanks to the two ladies named Sarah at the front office (yes, two different people!) – both were incredibly polite, helpful, and carried themselves with such grace. I really appreciate their kindness and the way they made us feel welcomed.
