Fairmont Tokyo

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Came with a family of five, had a great room with excellent views. But the service was unmatched. Staff made us feel at home, and took care of us like we were the only guests in the hotel. We enjoyed benefits of the gold room, including complimentary drinks, breakfast, and afternoon tea. The spa and pool were also exceptional.

My wife and I had the privilege of spending our final days in Tokyo at the Fairmont, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that made us feel like family. The generosity and kindness of both the staff and management will stay with us forever. This property is truly phenomenal! The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their professionalism and genuine care deserve the highest praise. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable — every space felt fresh and perfectly maintained. Our daily breakfasts were flawless, offering delicious food that started each day on a perfect note. The evening lounge service was equally remarkable, with appetizers and dinners that exceeded our expectations. The Fairmont Tokyo will forever hold a special place in our hearts, not only for the luxurious experience but for the wonderful memories and connections we made during our stay. We stayed at the Fairmont Tokyo and really loved it. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and had an amazing view of Tokyo Tower and the city. The bed was super comfortable — we slept like a log and didn’t even wake up for breakfast! The service was excellent. All the staff were kind and helpful. We also ordered room service, and the food was really good. The room had everything we needed — lovely amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. One of our favourite parts was meeting Serene, the hotel’s dog staff. She’s so cute and made our stay feel even more special. We will definitely visit again — and next time, we’ll make sure to try the breakfast too!
