Fairmont Washington D.C. Georgetown

LUXURY I had the most wonderful stay at the Fairmont! From check-in to checkout, everything was seamless and enjoyable. It reminded me just how special a hotel experience can be. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my room and found the sweetest welcome gift – cheese, fruit, chocolates, sparkling and still water, and a charming note. Considering I don’t have any status with the hotel, this personal touch was truly appreciated. The LELABO toiletries were a lovely treat, and I’m now excited to purchase LeLabo Rose 31 for home! The turn-down service was equally impressive, with ice on the cooler, fresh towels, extra water, and a beautifully refreshed room. The hotel gym is by far the best I’ve ever seen – spotless, with a full range of machines, and even a pool! What really made my stay extra special, though, was the breakfast. Dharma and Phuc were so warm, welcoming, and friendly, making the morning experience that much better. I can’t wait to return to the Fairmont. It was truly a remarkable experience! Will be coming back.

We stayed here in July 2024 and loved it. We had a rent a car and our 2 small kids and we were super comfortable. The rooms were a little bigger than average, (double queen) and the bathroom was roomy and larger than those tiny bathrooms. I loved having a few feet for a family to move about. The valet people which we saw daily were super friendly and fast. There are a bunch of places to get coffee, snacks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner walking from this hotel. Its also a short drive to the National Mall and everything was so clean. The streets were clean, the people are friendly and we enjoyed our stay. We hope to come back soon.

Location was great, and the hotel lobby and amenities are well appointed. The rooms were spacious and clean. It would have been nice to have upgraded bathrooms (I don't like tubs with curtains), but they were ok. Staff were friendly.
