Fairmont Waterfront

We checked in about 8pm after a long day flying in from the east coast. We were greeted with such welcome and warmth from the bellman and then from Jeff at the reception desk. Jeff chatted with us for a while and pointed out some highlights of the area, he was wonderful. He made us feel quite at home. The hotel restaurant staff and food were also great. I don't know the name of our housekeeper but she was fabulous too. Each day the room was immaculate. She added little touches like lining up our shoes in the closet and tidying up toiletries on the vanity. We were so happy we chose to stay at the Fairmont Waterfront to explore Vancouver pre-cruise.

We stayed at the Fairmont Waterfront for 2 nights before our cruise. Can safely say that the hotel far exceeded our expectations. Our room was a harbour view, spacious with really comfy beds. Toiletries provided were amazing. Breakfast was included, was buffet style with lots of choice and as many extra dishes you could manage and everything was delicious. Perfect stay, we even returned for a breakfast when we disembarked, it was that good.

Great location. We stayed before our cruise and literally walked across the street to jump on our ship. Seems like a lot of people do that as the rooms are nice but well worn. It also got really crowded with folks checking in after their cruises. It was a super easy walk to everything. Overall, it was a good experience and would stay there again.
