Restaurant on upper level of hotel, very slow service, for me, no change since 2014. Plenty games / activities / gym / health n fitness.....overall great place. Your enjoyment is your responsibility.

The owners or staff dealing with bookings of private units should inform patrons about the R3000 deposit, not everyone reads the fine print and just as your staff discusses the rates prior to check-in, maybe they should mention the deposit as well, it's best to be transparent about all costs involved and not work sneakily. FYI, it's not about the money, it's about the disgusting attitude of the people dealing with the private room bookings, then again maybe that attitude stems from owner's who probably can't apply common sense..
