Falcon Home Resort

We were a group of 12 and stayed for about a week and this was the perfect place for that. Each couple had their own room and bathroom/shower. The common space is quite large and the kitchen is very capable. In addition to all that the pool is massive and the grounds are very well kept. The owner and staff were very friendly and accomodating as well. They were also able to arrange a private chef who was excellent. The location is also a short drive or taxi ride to the city and is also located very close to many beaches making it the perfect place to stay.

The villa is in terrible condition. All rooms are dirty; Deckchairs are broken and/or contain animal feces; The kitchen is extremely dirty, and the fridge contains food from previous guests; The air conditioning is not turned on; The garden is beautiful but poorly lit; The villa owner is rude and unhelpful, insulting us via text messages for allegedly leaving a mess, even threatening us. Otherwise, the property is very beautiful but poorly managed.

One of the worst experiences of my life. I travel a lot with friends or for work, but what I saw here is unlike anything I've seen anywhere else. Starting with the incredibly rude owner and all the problems at the villa: Dirt everywhere, poorly maintained areas, completely dirty and broken lounge chairs, a ping pong table completely covered in dust and bird droppings, a completely rusty and dirty BBQ with a dirty, uncleaned grill, the air conditioning in some rooms didn't work—a truly terrible experience. The kitchen was extremely dirty and smelled like rotting animals. Maybe we booked a stable? Not to mention the incredibly rude owner, who in a truly arrogant tone instructed us to leave the villa strictly on time, threatening to clean and tidy it up, and not to mention the rude and rude manner he addressed us with. A 5-STAR STABLE, A 0-STAR VILLA, AND A PERSON.
