Faletti's Grand Hotel Gujranwala

I happened to visit the Flatties Grand Hotel Gujranwala for a day long training. It was a great experience and I wand to commend t General Manager Rizwan Chouhan for leading the team of professionals. The venue was neat and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was really tasty, I will definitely use the facilities of the hotel in future too .

The room was clean and comfortable but not soun proof. Breakfast buffet was not available due to low number of guests, still served by choice. The hotel doesn't qualify for even 3 star service.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended for Any Event We booked this hotel for an engagement ceremony based on positive feedback we had received. However, the reality was far from expectations and turned out to be a complete disaster. The quality of service was shockingly poor — not even comparable to a third-tier hotel in Lahore. The management was completely disorganized. The food service was a mess, with significant delays and disruptions. Shockingly, they forgot to serve naan entirely — a basic part of the meal — which left guests frustrated and embarrassed on our part. What made matters worse was the decoration. Despite giving them clear instructions and specific preferences well in advance, they ignored every single detail and went ahead with their own substandard setup. It looked nothing like what we had planned or paid for — yet they had the audacity to charge us extra for each item, without delivering even the bare minimum quality. Their lack of professionalism, poor coordination, and complete disregard for client input turned what was supposed to be a joyful celebration into a stressful and embarrassing event. I strongly advise against booking this hotel for any kind of wedding-related function. Save your money, time, and peace of mind — look elsewhere.
