Great location and very nice family hotel! Lots of activities for kids all ages. Our kids loved very much the newly added water park on the hotel beach, which is also very well managedby the team! We’ll come back for sure! :)

OK hotel with great food, but I would expect much more in terms of service quality, kids' content, and playgrounds from a 5-star family hotel with such a significant price tag. The "heated" pools were barely heated at all in April, so we had to get out after 10 minutes with our 3-year-old. Room service is unavailable after 9 PM. Kids' content is quite limited, and the restaurant is heavily understaffed—you have to clean your own table and go on a treasure hunt around the restaurant just to find a clean glass. The food is very good. All in all, the hotel has great potential, but it falls well short of a true 5-star experience.
