Falkensteiner Family Hotel Sonnenalpe

Dog-friendly hotel with very friendly staff and some cool summer bonuses, all inclusive option was really nice. Rooms are well equipped; the bed fit me perfectly, but my wife found it way too hard. The only real downside is the Wi-Fi in the rooms – it’s pretty much useless in some rooms. Otherwise, I really like how the hotel is laid out and the kids had plenty of things to keep them busy.

We stayed in Sonnenalpe for 8 nights and we had a blast. Kids friendly, our daughter enjoyed program and new friends she mad and we had time to relax in the spa. Great food, superb service, everyone was so friendly. Rooms spacious and comfy. I recommend. We will come back.

This hotel radiates positivity and great energy. The food is excellent, the fruit is incredibly fresh, and the entire staff operates at the highest level. There’s something happening every evening — Mr. Tommy on the guitar is simply perfect and deserves every praise. Every staff member greets you warmly — I especially remember the lovely Ms. Jadranka! Special thanks to the amazing team who created an unforgettable atmosphere with the music — Anna, Tina, Edina, and the professional barista Andrei. We had a truly wonderful evening! Highly recommended — you’ll stay in our hearts for a long time!
