Falkensteiner Family Resort Lido l 4 Star Superior

we spent almost a week here and had an amazing stay! the food service spa.. everything was superb. especially the baby alm! Melanie and Valeria took amazing care of our little 6 month old. they were the best and I always felt that Luca was in great hands at the Baby Alm. our baby doesn’t like pacifiers or bottles and they even found ones he liked and let us keep them.. so helpful! can’t recommend enough, it’s the best place for a family and we will definitely be back when our son is older!

We had a great stay of 6 nights here. The best part of the hotel is the childcare, with very kind and attentive stuff for our 6 months old. The only thing that would make childcare even better is if they would extend the hours of childcare, particularly during the ski season. I like to be on the first ski lift at 8:30, but due to childcare starting at 9:00 I could only start around 9:30. I would have loved it starting at 8 instead. Also, childcare is currently not offered on Sunday, which is the reason why we did not book a full week and we left on Saturday. The spa and the pool are awesome. But again, they would be even better if the adult spa was not so far from the pool area. As it takes about a 5 min walk to get from one to another. The food was also good. It is a multi station buffet dinner, with only drinks and desserts served at the table. I think I probably prefer a multi course dinner served at the table though, as most hotels in Sudtirol do. Still, the waiters were great and very friendly here. Overall, very good stay.

We had a excellent trip with our family. The hotel could not have been better set up for family's, great activities, fantastic rooms and food. We loved that it was 15 minutes from the ski resort which although was expensive for lift passes was great
