The hotel is a bliss. Professional, clean and everyone very nice with smiles everywhere. The rooms are very environment friendly (no plastic bottles in the whole hotel, reusable and refillable bathroom goodies 👍). The food was a plus side for me. The lactose free butter for breakfast, the special desserts if you have intolerances. Very well done. The spa and the treatments are just fabulous, the spa area very spacious so that everyone can enjoy themselves. I really loved the place and plan to come back. The only thing I wish I had known in advance is that if I buy a special package, I need to keep an eye on if I am getting all I paid for. When after my payment I realized I booked a package and did not get some parts of it (complimentary massage). Honestly, I did not expect to hear from the receptionist, it is my bad (the other of the two that knew it is possible to buy extra packages for the stay) in a four star hotel, especially when I told them I am coming back. These last points of contact are very important my 20 years in communication business says. So next time I would suggest a different choice of words or solution in an otherwise flawless hotel. (Next time, no extra packages for me).

It’s been best 3 days in this hotel service and all inclusive ever 👍🏻. We love it! Personal were very welcome and helpful. Food and drinks? Insane! Very delicious, fresh and healthy. You can eat and drink up what you want, when you want. ( Beer, Red Bull , delicious wines, and others things) Anyway, if you looking for chill and cozy place where people really take care about you, go for it! Personal can speak Germany and english + Czech. We looking forwards to visit you next year! And pool and saunas, the best! Thanks 😊
