High quality hotel. Complete SPA services. Full board option is recommended, food quality is on good level and cover many options. We were there with a small child and attentions, approach and availability on our needs and requests, typical of a young family like our, have been highly appreciated and evaluated.
We were there around end of May. Tbh, I don't understand why this place is a 4* hotel because EVERYTHING was exceeding that level! Especially the foods, while we were not fans of course menu, but they were even better that 5* Falkensteiner in Burgenland, like literally super duper good! The fresh pasta and pizza were fantastic! Most important, all staffs were super nice! The hotel has a policy to book 10 euro per night as a tip for their employees, but believe me that's not much compared to what you got. The saunas and relaxing area were also nice and clean. The room was super comfy and it was so quiet at night that I could hear an owl singing from far away. We could not find an AC in the room but even the hottest day during our stay, it was not warm in the room. Highly recommened and we will definitely going back for a longer stay!
