The hotel was built a long time ago, but the staff will do their best not to let it show. The best service I have experienced so far in hotels of this category.The 4 stars for the location are only due to the accessibility of the Kronplatz ski resort.For everything else this is a great place
The hotel is very pleasant. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is very pleasant, helpful and polite. The food was excellent. The spa and pool are a bit small but clean and comfortable. I had a skiing accident and was injured. The staff was very helpful and made the rest of my stay very comfortable. Special thanks to the reception and restaurant staff.
Clean, great service, good spa. Very handy for the ski slopes, literally just outside. Also a gentle slope for either kids' sledging or beginner skiers about 50 yards from the hotel entrance.
