I recently stayed at this hotel and had an experience that truly exceeded my expectations, all thanks to the incredible receptionist, Aymane. During my stay, my car unexpectedly broke down—a stressful situation, to say the least. Aymane went above and beyond to help me. He not only found a reliable mechanic for me but also handled all the communication, making sure everything was sorted out smoothly. His kindness, empathy, and genuine care turned what could have been a nightmare into a manageable and even positive experience. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to helping guests feel comfortable and supported. I cannot recommend Aymane enough—he is a true asset to the hotel, and I am deeply grateful for his assistance! If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with real care, this hotel (and especially Aymane at reception) is the place to go. Thank you again, Aymane, for everything!
It’s a very clean, peaceful hotel. It has good connections and surroundings(market, restaurant etc.). People there are very friendly and positive! Also, delicious breakfast!
Good location and clean area, the guys at the reception are helpful and friendly, rooms are clean but as most hotels in EU are small
