This place is just exceptional!!! I loved everything about my stay here. They made you feel so welcome and created more of a homely atmosphere rather than just a hotel vibe. There is not a single thing I did jot like about my stag here and loved absolutely everything: 1. Excellent customer service, one of the best ones I have experienced in my life. Every single staff member was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and nice. 2. Food was great and such and great options to choose from. I especially really enjoyed soups and all the sauces thats been offered. 3. Rooms: spacious, warm, comfortable, cosy and very clean. 4. Kids club - my kids looooved it. I was always reassured my kids having loads of fun and are looked after very well. They prepared many entertaining activities for kids. 5. Location - first time I stayed in hotel a bit further from the slopes, but that was not a problem at all, there are great and very convenient options to get in and out of slopes. But the area surrounding the hotel is just breathtaking, very beautiful location. I can only imagine how beautiful this should look in the summer. 6. Entertainment and programme - it was such a huge variety to choose from for all age groups. Its a great family hotel and everyone will find what to do here. 7. Spa - really great massages and such a huge variety of procedures to choose from. Felt really relaxed after an amazing massage. My first but def not the last visit over here, this hotel exceeded all my expectations and is a great value for money. I would def recommend this family hotel.

We just had an amazing stay at Familien-Sporthotel Brennseehof, and I can’t recommend it enough! It’s a beautiful property with breathtaking views, but what really sets it apart is how warm and homey it feels. It’s not just another resort, it’s a place where families with kids truly feel at home. The owners, a husband and wife team, are personally involved in making sure every guest is happy. At one point, the owner himself served our kids ice cream when the waiters were busy, just one example of their hands-on approach and dedication. This hotel is a paradise for kids, with endless activities around the clock. It’s one of the few places that truly feels all-inclusive, not just in meals but in everything they offer. Sleds, strollers, ice skates, and even more facilities—all free of charge! When it comes to value for money, it’s easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve been to over 100 properties worldwide. The combination of top-notch service, family-friendly atmosphere, and incredible inclusions makes it a standout. If you’re traveling with kids, this place is an absolute must!

Nice hotel for family ski trip. Clean room and well maintained every day. Ski rental store is 100 away from the hotel.
