Great family friendly hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. Fun games room for the kids. Small but clean pool and sauna area. The owners are friendly but without German it wasn’t always so easy to communicate with everyone. My son had his birthday during our stay and they decorated our table at dinner which was sweet. We had massages which we enjoyed. The improvement area would be the vegetarian food at dinner. It was fine, but not great. Though breakfast was plentiful, fresh and tasty. The location is wonderful so much to do with families and their garden is beautiful! The other improvement would be more information- eg we worked out we could take a sandwich from breakfast for later in the day, but no one told us. We had to ask if the kitchen was closed one day, this info wasn’t offered. So I think a comprehensive info sheet would be helpful! Would defiantly recommend, just wish I had better German!

What a fantastic hotel, we been there two years in a row we’ve had wonderful stays both times round. We are a family of four and this hotel is perfect with kids: playroom, paper and coloring pencils at the diner table, pool, mini cinema and a great outdoor garden. The owners are very personable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile for your comfort. A 5 course meal is served every night which is of high quality and paired with good wines (try the Big John or Peak of Glory) or bubbles (try the Zigetti). Their cocktails are great and the level of service in the hotel overall is high. We are looking forward to returning again.

This is a great place to stay. Hospitality of the family lead hotel is outstanding. Food is excellent and above what you can expect for this class of hotel. The rooms and pool are clean and of reasonable size. The ski resort (Schlick 2000) can easily reached by a (free) bus ride of less than 15 mins. You just have to walk 5-10 minutes from the hotel to the bus stop which may be a bit of inconvenience with Ski equipment so the recommendation is to store your gear at the Ski resort. Travel to the glacier can also be done by bus, but using the car is more convenient and faster (approx 30 mins). We found the best price and availability by looking at the website of the Hotel. Overall great value for money with just a small minus because the hotel is a bit off the ski resort and the village center.
