A great buffet catering to diverse tastes and dietary desires (e.g. vegan, gluten, dairy). Amazing opportunities for children inside and outside. Ours were busy from breakfast until bedtime. Sabrina and the staff were amazing with the children. A nice wellness area with multiple saunas and rooms to relax. A modern (if not compact) exercise room where the cardio equipment connects to your smart watch.

great place if you love mosquitos pros: -great for kids during nice weather, tons of outdoor playground all very high quality - food suitable for kids - one indoor playground which is ok but you need to walk at the outside to reach there so you can't conveniently go from your room to playground during cold weather. cons: - room comfort is really bad. No mosquito net on windows and all the walls are covered with killed mosquitos. I spotted at least 10 different mosquitoes in our room, and we couldn't open the window because of it. I can't even imagine summer because there is no A/C in the room so you need to open windows - very bad pillows. They disappear as soon as you put your head on them

I called to make a reservation and my German is not good. The woman that answered the phone understood everything o said in English but refused to answer in English and only said over and over again Deutsch Deutsch, deutsch. I was going to book a 5 day stay at this hotel but because of this rude secretary’s attitude I will not bring me and my children here ever. This hotel should hire better people who know what customer service is! Do not recommend this hotel
