Family 3 Bedroom Ocean Villa All Inclusive

Great all-inclusive and nice vacation club with great benefits. Definitely worth checking out if it's something for you, especially if you go on vacation more then 4 weeks a year. The service is really great and personal. I like the world wide option in combination with cancun as a home base.

If you enjoy having super loud music blaring at you all the time stay here. After 10 pm now. Will be our last stay here after 13 years. Time share trap. Hotel staff great. Not the management. Took a week off our contract because we didn't come during COVID.

They’re located inside the Wyndham resort and I was staying at the resort so the resort suggested I pay to use them as my transportation to the resort from the airport but they never showed up to pick me up, I tried calling them for almost 2 hours and they wouldn’t answer their phone either. I ended up having to pay for a taxi to get to the resort, and I definitely complained, they did admit fault and reimbursed me for my taxi fare and claimed they didn’t answer the phone because they had some construction work done to their office and had to have the phone lines unplugged, no excuse for leaving someone stranded and they need a backup plan for their phone lines
