Family Hotel Posta

We recently spent a week at Family Hotel Posta and were absolutely delighted with our experience. To be honest, we didn’t expect this level of service, but everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is exceptionally well-organized, from the daily schedule to the restaurant arrangements. The interior design is modern, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the bedding is very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day on the slopes. One of the thoughtful touches is the assigned seating in the restaurant for the entire stay. Our daughter quickly got used to her “seat” and felt comfortable dining with the same families around us. The food was excellent—besides a generous starter buffet, there was a three-course meal with a changing menu every day, offering plenty of delicious options. The staff truly make this place special. They are warm, attentive, and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. They even remembered the children’s names and always made an effort to engage with them, creating a wonderful family-friendly atmosphere. During our stay, all the other guests were local Italian families. As a non-Italian-speaking family, we never felt left out—on the contrary, we were very well looked after and felt completely at ease. There are other family hotels in the area that cost nearly twice as much, which we have yet to experience. However, in terms of value for money, Family Hotel Posta is a fantastic choice, and we highly recommend it!

The hotel in his wholeness is beautiful. The staff is exceptional. The facilities are great. Our daughter got to experience the mini club which obviously gave us, for the very first time since she was born, the chance to get a drink or a dinner just the 2 of us knowing she was safe, happy and enjoying herself in Villa Dumbo. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about our short holiday and we certainly are thinking to go back again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I couldn't complete my booking via booking com, so I cancelled my reservation and tried directly through the hotel. Once I did, they initially gave me the same price as booking, but when the final offer was sent to me they attempted to charge me an additional 1,000 EUR for the same stay, which is completely unacceptable. The staff was unprofessional and inefficient in handling the issue. To make matters worse, communication was extremely difficult as they struggled with English, which only added to the frustration. Instead of helping resolve the situation, they seemed disorganized and unconcerned. Overall, this experience left a very negative impression. I would not recommend dealing with this hotel directly, as their lack of professionalism and transparency was unacceptable.
