Family Selection at Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa All Inclusive

The family Selection part of the hotel was wonderful. Everyone was attentive and friendly. All the restaurants were really good. However the Nest restaurant had the upmost excellent service. The food was always delicious and the personnel was awesome. Julio gave us excellent service along with Adrian and all other staff. Always going out of their way to make us feel welcome.

I have nothing but great things to say about this resort! It's huge, so be prepared to walk, but I actually enjoyed it because it's like you're walking through a tropical forest! Omar, the manager at the family selection. was awesome to deal with and went over and above with his service! Thank you, Omar! And to all the other staff at Grand Palladium Vallarta, you are also awesome. We had a wonderful time! 👍👍😎⛱️❤️🙏

The location is beautiful, the amenities are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. However, I would like to offer two suggestions that could improve the experience even further: More Vegetarian/Vegan Options: While the food was tasty, there were limited choices for guests who prefer plant-based or vegetarian meals. Expanding the menu to include more such options would make the dining experience more inclusive and enjoyable for a wider range of guests. English Communication: While the staff were very friendly and accommodating, I occasionally had difficulty communicating due to language barriers. Improving English communication.
