I'd like to point out that the 4-star service rating refers only to the dining room manager: I didn't like the way she joked with several customers during service to try to limit portions (I understand cost containment, but you have to know how to do it), and I didn't appreciate the different meal times for the entertainment staff. They're there to work, and it's really unpleasant for a customer to see them sitting at the table (after a morning working in the sun, without even being able to get wet) waiting for something to be served, with no choice, and often leftovers at the end of the meal. Perhaps it's an agreement between the management and the entertainment agency, but I think it needs to be reconsidered, a bad image for the customer: I've been staying at this establishment for 4 years, and I remember that in previous years it wasn't like this, something has changed! The rest of the service, however, was excellent: the staff were very polite, kind, and always smiling, some of them still a little inexperienced, but we stayed at the beginning of the season. Special thanks to Lorenzo at the bar, for his kindness and the excellent Salento coffee! The shuttle driver has changed: he's kind, but he needs experience! We missed Enrico's punctuality! The reception staff is always excellent: very kind and ready to answer any request! A round of applause also goes to the entertainment staff: friendly, kind, polite, and never intrusive, a difficult balance with their work: they managed to entertain us with very little (give them a few more!)! Lollo, the manager, smiling and "chatty" as his role demands, also hides a special sensitivity. Rocco, Nicolò, Teresa, and Giulia are fantastic, even though some of them are very young and have no previous experience! For us, however, the family hotel remains a surefire place to spend a week of beach and relaxation, without any great expectations, but in a family atmosphere. Suggestions: vary the land-based starters a bit more, and reintroduce some additional poolside entertainment (table football, ping pong) for off-peak entertainment hours and for those who don't want to participate in group activities. In any case, see you next year!

For the money (170 eu a night)it is a terrible choice. The pictures on hotels.com show beach on first 2 pictures but actually beach is 1 km away or you need to go with a bus. Rooms are in bad condition, music is loud. This is 100% not a 4 star hotel. The only good thing is if you get some kind of a great deal on it. Otherwise I would avoid it. I want to add that they offered us to another place owned by the same owner nearby but when we tried to move there we got a room with 3 beds although we paid for 4 since we were 4 persos. Then the other place told us we need to pay additional 270 EU if we want to get a room with 4 beds, so total scam. We called hotels.com and luckily they could cancel our reservation and we could find a normal place.
