Just back after an amazing week at this fantastic hotel. Enjoyed every single bit, from great facilities (kids club, spa area, indoor and outdoor pool) to delicious and diverse food. The staff (from reception to kitchen) were very kind and did their best to accommodate all our requests. Thank you so much Ritta, Ivan, Elena, Maria Rita, and all the personnel for making our stay there so great!

I am very sorry that we have to give such a rating for such a beautiful hotel, the most beautiful hotel in the entire Dolomites, for 20 years we have been visiting the entire Dolomites and this hotel had the most beautiful interior full of wood, warm, family atmosphere, food excellent, we felt really on vacation with a beautiful wellness. However, the Carpano family sold the hotel a month ago and we didn't know it we stayed in a hotel from 23-27.12 as people who we are employed all year we decided as usual to spend Christmas with the family and in the snow and good food in this late hotel, however the hotel no longer has anything to do with what it was, first the hotel is full of dog owners who leave their dogs in the room while they go skiing and dinner and breakfast. So you sleep all day and night like in a dog shelter, barking dogs, scratching on doors food is bad also The door on the rooms doesn't have any insulation so whoever walks down the hall walk walks around your room, and the door bangs We are no longer going back, losing old guests the most expensive price for your business. The hotel nowhere announced that it accepts dogs , on the second floor of room 8 room 4 have dogs, which are closed and without owners distraught barking We complained several times and asked to at least compensate us with a discount they threatened us with the police. We left a day earlier than planed
