Fantasia Hotel De Luxe Kusadasi

We booked 7 nights, and the service and food were great. I have no complaints about my time at Fantasia. The staff was very helpful with all of our requests. The food was fresh and high-quality, with a wide variety of choices. Overall, I would definitely come back for a second stay.

Very friendly and welcoming staff Location, great for beach, but very little else in immediate area. Food choices for all meals are extensive, it is possibly not for diel hard "full English" lovers, also queues can be excessive for omelettes and fried eggs in the morning. Drinks appear to be of a good quality, alcohol content is questionable, however, not a bad thing when on offer 24/7 in main bar. Rooms like some areas of Hotel, whilst a little dated, appear to be functional, clean and of a good size. Couple of nice pools, supported by good entertainment team. All in all a good quality establishment, but don't expect the Ritz, bearing in mind cost paid. For those who love 24/7 in Hotel all inclusive, then I feel this would be a sound choice.

Welcoming, friendly, professional staff on all levels. The food quality and variety were excellent, but the hotel is in need of a makeover to keep up with the times. It's the little details that make a big difference in the overall experience. I wouldn't say it was five stars; nevertheless, it was an enjoyable stay, though I would not return. This is my fifth trip to Kusadasi, and I have stayed in other hotels in the area that exceeded expectations with fewer stars. However, the spa facilities and treatments are excellent - again, friendly, professional staff. Free internet should be provided, in my opinion, especially at a five-star resort.
