The hotel accepts pets and charged a fee of 120k pesos. We didnt see any other dog. The hotel is clean and located in a convenient location. I walked to Carulla supermarket and santa fe mall many times. I have never stayed at a Radison family hotel and it was surprisingly good. Breakfast was good at the roof top. We went there for dinner but due to an event, the waiting was 30mim long. The staff there were all very accomodating. My special needs daughter has to have oatmeals in the morning and they provided hot water, a bowl and a spoon when I asked both mornings. That really made my stay less stressful. Thank you

5 star unfortunately it’s more like a 3 star, the cleaning staff has walkie talkies and you can here them constantly in your room, they have volume control not everyone on the whole floor should have to hear them! paper walls, you can hear the people in the next room and understand what they are saying, like they are in your room. It’s a nice place, new but unfortunately it’s too loud! Even when you go to breakfast at 8am they are playing extremely annoying music really loud! Typical Colombia but it’s supposed to be a 5 star hotel

Front desk staff are very slow and don’t seem to care too much about the customer experience. After assuring me they could arrange a doctor to visit me then made me wait 16 hours to have a doctor call me on the phone… I didn’t even sleep last night waiting for the doctor and checking in with them still zero result… they never connect my room phone with the doctor… also rooms are modern but very basic and you can hear everyone’s voice in the hallway. The jacuzzis are very small an obese woman got in one and all the water came out the jacuzzi.
