Perfect location, across the street from Coco Bongo and downtown. The hotel has a work space, gym, on site restaurant and wonderful customer service. This place was super quiet & kid free. The beaches are about 15 minutes away in an uber. There is also onsite 24/7 security. The pool is amazing as well and was empty for most of my stay. I would recommend this for solo travelers, remote workers, short term & long term stays. I can’t wait to visit again.

First of all, it is new and our taxi driver had no idea how to find it so I uploaded a picture of where the entrance off the highway is. Second, on some Saturday nights, they may have a nightclub on the 5th floor roof, it is awesome. Goes until 3am. If you want to sleep on these nights you better have ear plugs. Place is very clean, suites are large and in great shape. Breakfast is really good. Pool is large, clean and quiet. You can walk to downtown or the Jumbofrom the hotel in five minutes and the Coco Bongo/ Hard Rock entertainment complex is there also. Uber to the beach, 6 dollars US, Uber to the airport 10-15 dollars. If you are taking an Uber from the airport pay very close attention to where the pickup spot is before you book so you know where to go since the taxi drivers will all tell you that Ubers can't come on the airport and they will try to convince you to use them for the higher price instead. Ubers were all safe and clean as can be expected. Many times the tip I left was more than the actual Uber ride charged, 3-5 dollars US. I also found in most cases it was cheaper to say I was paying in pesos when I was using my credit card then to say I was paying in dollars when using my credit card. Most credit card exchange rates will be better than what the stores are giving you. We had our Uber driver drop us off at the Hotel Lobster as it was a decent Bavaro beach spot and if you buy food or a round of drinks you can bring the lounge chairs to the beach. The hotel is adults only 18+

My husband and I had a wonderful time there. The hotel is new and modern. We were offered mimosas upon check-in, and the service was good. The hotel is very quiet and cozy. The room was clean clean and the kitchen had most of the cooking utensils and had a washing machine. The room had a view of the main avenue and Coco Bongo..The parking lot is spacious, but the entrance road to the property is unfinished.
