Who doesn't know Bahrain? The hotel is situated in the heart of the nightlife, making it a great place to enjoy your stay. It seems that the hotel is mostly occupied by guests who are applying for a KSA visa. The rooms are good, and the staff is nice; however, there aren't many food options available. Sometimes I skip mealtime because I don't have much of an appetite.

As someone who has traveled extensively across many countries, I can confidently say this hotel ranks among the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. I rarely complain or leave negative reviews, but this place truly deserves it. In the hotel industry, hospitality should be the foundation of everything. Guests can adjust their expectations for room size or facilities based on price, but basic courtesy and professionalism should never be optional. The receptionist and restaurant cleaning staff were shockingly rude, unhelpful, and lacking in the most basic manners. Even the simplest requests for information were met with indifference or hostility. The atmosphere was so unwelcoming, it felt as if they had put a nightclub bouncer at the front desk and a surly relative in charge of cleaning. For a business built on serving guests, the lack of respect here is unacceptable.

Disappointing Dining Experience at The Dune Restaurant I stayed at the hotel for two weeks and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience with the food at The Dune Restaurant. While the rooms were okay, the restaurant was far below expectations. The quality of the food was poor and tasted bland throughout my stay. On several occasions, I noticed staff adding hot water to dishes, seemingly to increase the quantity due to high guest volume. It really made me question the overall hygiene and food preparation practices. For the same price, you can find serviced apartments nearby with better food options. I would not recommend dining here if you care about taste, quality, or value for money.
