Absolutely Outstanding Experience – Felt Like Family! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) I recently stayed at Farina Hotel by Cigno in Istanbul for 3–4 days, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. I was more than 110% satisfied with everything – from the staff to the location, hospitality, and overall comfort. First and foremost, I want to highlight the incredible receptionist, Mohsen. He was the heart of our stay – always welcoming, respectful, extremely helpful, and genuinely treated us like family. As tourists, we had many questions and needed guidance, and Mohsen was always eager and happy to assist without a moment of hesitation. His kind and gentle nature made it easy for us to feel comfortable and relaxed. I honestly felt sad leaving the hotel because it felt like I was leaving a brother behind. Another amazing team member was Süleyman (whose name carries the meaning of a wise leader or ruler in Turkish). He was a supportive and friendly person who always helped us with anything we needed. Also, Muhammet, another receptionist (he wears glasses), was always smiling and treated us warmly every time we spoke to him. His positive and welcoming attitude made a big difference in our stay. I also want to sincerely thank the hotel manager, who kindly assisted us one day with his car drop-off – that thoughtful gesture really stood out. Their hospitality is a full 10/10. We never felt like guests in a hotel; we truly felt like part of a family. Every moment was made easier by the amazing staff, who showed full professionalism and went above and beyond. Even after we left, I felt connected and called the hotel just to say thank you – that’s how close the bond felt. The location is also perfect! Restaurants are just behind the hotel, and the Grand Bazaar is only a 20-minute walk away. Everything you need — food, shopping, transport — is within easy reach. To sum it up: Farina Hotel by Cigno is not just a hotel – it’s a home away from home. And the staff, especially Mohsen, Süleyman, Muhammet, and the manager, made our stay absolutely unforgettable. I booked this hotel last minute for a spontaneous family trip to Türkiye. I didn’t think I would end up leaving Türkiye with more family to call my own. The staff and owners of this family-run hotel showed us incredible hospitality and truly made us feel at home. Furkan, Eren, Muhammad, and Jafer never failed to help with us with everything we needed and wanted without hesitation (even when my parents had a lot of requests lol). Their patience with my parents warmed my heart. They really did treat us like their own family. We visited during Ramadan and they were super accommodating with suhoor and Iftar. The rooms were clean. The elevators were fast. The lobby cats were adorable. The location is perfectly in the middle of Fatih and easy to get around either by walking, taxi, bus, or tram. It’s surrounded by beautiful mosques. I’d 100% recommend this hotel for your stay not only for great affordability and great service, but as well as for feeling home away from home and being attended to in a more personal and committed way than a commercial hotel. One day when I return to Türkiye, I’ll be sure to stay here again.

4 star hotel only in your dreams! May be one! Cigarette smoke everywhere!!! Small rooms. Almost everything is broken. Fridge /actually is a thermoelectric cooler/ not working. Poor choice of food for breakfast! No fruits! No coffee/ except instant coffee/
