Top-tier experience! Staff are super friendly and go above and beyond, the facilities are amazing, food is to die for. All reasonably priced and in a quaint location. The perfect holiday retreat !
We had a wonderfull stay here. Excellent food (incl flexibility to make it lactose free) and very warm welcome and service. They had some good tips on where to go if you want to explore Merano or enjoy some walking in the surrounding nature. We really liked the (full body) massage as well. In summary: highly recommended & we'll come back for sure. Thank you!
