4.5 Stars. My family and I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Overall excellent value for the price. The breakfast buffet is very generous, with probably thirty options possible, including sausage, egg, this amazing "cheese bread" puff, gluten-free, and non-dairy milk (ask the waiter for the latter). The indoor pool was warm and big. The outdoor pool was small but looked clean. Staff are super friendly, and usually, there is one at the counter who speaks English. (If not, use their wifi to connect to the internet and use google Translate) 0.5 star deduction because the first room we stayed in had an air conditioning filter problem. The air stank, and we had to change rooms when we found out close to midnight. Also, there is no ice machine in the hotel. Not cool when its around 30deg everyday. You need to ask for ice at their reception. There is a kids reading library and mini playground, all indoors. The hotel was relatively quiet. However, as with everywhere else we had been to in Sao Paulo, dogs will bark during random times of a day and night, and you will hear it. Overall, I highly enjoyed our stay here and would gladly return for a future trip! Pro tip: Buy water bottle with a filter built in. You'll save alot of money not buying plastic water bottles. Better for the planet, and you won't have to worry about their ice being filtered water or not.

So there’s good and there’s bad. I had a great check in with a boy who spoke English. They had free alcoholic drink as well at the check in which was fun. Hotel felt quite old and I’d say it was more like a 2 maybe 3 star hotel. It was very clean though so that’s good! Room was spacious but it got really cold at night. I couldn’t use the air condition for some reason and the room had no extra blankets. I don’t sleep for two days. I asked the hotel for a blanket and they gave me like a towel. I also called the reception to ask about breakfast and about more blankets or help with the AC but they kept hanging up on me (probably because they couldn’t speak English). I was exhausted and dirty because I couldn’t use the shower. The water was so hot it was insane. I was boiling alone, I could only shower 3 seconds at a time. No instructions because as a tourist we don’t have that type of shower without any signs. Took me 50 minutes to turn off the shower. Also tou can hear everything. You can hear people fart snore and breathe hahah!

I went during a holiday for two days (over 600 reais per night, which is a price for 5 stars hotel), room with poor audible enclosure, I felt like the people in the other room was inside my room, terrible bathroom which was full of water after the shower, the whole room was with water due to poor quality to distribute the water after shower. I do not recommend!
