Stayed at the hotel club this past weekend and enjoyed every minute of it! The rooms were luxurious and a great view of Bodrum. Furthermore, the beach was beautiful with such blue water and great service by the sea. Food and drink was delicious! Looking forward to coming back next time.
We didn’t stay in the hotel but came for the day to use the beach and facilities and it was truly the best day we had our whole holiday. The water is crystal clear and the sand is clean. The sunbeds were well spaced out and under trees for shade which was perfect for us. We had the best service from Ferhan the manager and his team who he has trained so well. The cocktails were amazing the mixologist loves his job and delighted us with his signature cocktails. Then lunch was served in the garden above the beach and it was really something else. This chef is superb and could easily have a Michelin star. The food and presentation was fantastic and such an unexpected pleasure to have this standard of service and fine dining at a beach club. Pizza oven in the garden as well for more casual dining. Great memories from a wonderful day Thank you Ferhan and the Farry’s team for making it so special.
Our stay at this hotel for one day was nothing short of disappointing. Here we go: Service: 1. Prior to our arrival, we inquired about arranging a taxi from Bodrum bus station to the hotel. The reception provided an exorbitant quote of 1500 TL. As a local resident we knew that it could be max 250-300TL. We didn't say anything to hotel, found our own transportation and paid only 220TL from bus station to hotel. But from the first moment, we felt that they're trying to take advantage from us. 2. After sitting in the garden area for a while, we asked hotel to call a taxi for us for a 1km distance. The reception once again quoted an inflated price of 150TL which was a ridiculous price for 1km. We couldn't believe it and wanted to talk with the taxi driver. When we went outside, first; we saw that it wasn't a yellow taxi (official taxi), second; the taxi driver said the price is 100TL. So the lady in the reception was taking commission for herself by using us! After we caught her, she returned 50TL to the driver in front of us. 3. When we were in the taxi, the reception asked us if we're checking out from the hotel. She was asking to us who just checked in 2 hours ago, left 4 suitcases in the room if we're leaving from the hotel and checking out. We felt so insecure as we're leaving all our belongings there and hotel has no idea who's coming and who's leaving. What if they try to checkin someone to our room? Such a mess. 4. When we brought these issues to the attention of the manager, the response was disappointing. They seemed dismissive and unwilling to acknowledge the problems, leaving us feeling unheard and unsupported. Room: The room we were assigned was far from satisfactory. It lacked natural light and emitted a persistent unpleasant smell. Moreover, there were noticeable mold spots on the bathroom ceiling, indicating poor maintenance and cleanliness standards. Additionally, the AC unit was excessively noisy, hindering any chance of a restful stay. Overall, this hotel's lack of customer care and questionable practices left a lasting negative impression. While the location and ambiance had potential, the issues we encountered overshadowed any positives. The feeling of being taken advantage by otel employees was horrible.
