Autism Friendly Resort ***** We are a family with an autistic adult, and as you can imagine, we are always worried about staying anywhere new. The moment we arrived, Jessie and Stalin, the caretakers, made us very comfortable. Their words, "Don't call them special; call them God's children," will always resonate with us. Our stay was extremely comfortable. The location is stunning, the villas are very private and neatly appointed. The service and food were high quality. Highly recommended.

Super accommodation - up to European standards. Outstanding views across a privately run, working tea estate. Staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. The food is authentic and delicious. The estate owner has employed the villa staff for a number of years and their affability is a reflection of how well they have been looked after and trained - this translates to excellent customer service. Farview is an ideal place to relax and unwind. Great for yoga groups and artistic pursuits. As Europeans we were amazed at the climate - a steady 26 degrees and blue skies, with a pleasant breeze (visited Feb) A must for independent travellers who are looking to relax after busy sightseeing tours in other parts of India.

This is located in a beautiful place and is very well maintained. Staff n food is of great quality and very friendly. However, for a remotely located resort with electricity problems the management needs to make few improvements. There has to be power back up via generator / UPS. The connectivity from Villas to main building is non-existant. We had an unexpected scary incident when a Wild Bear walked into our cottage at 7.15 in the morning and was trying to enter the cottage & there was no way we were able to reach anyone ! With just big glass doors n windows and bear trying to force in for food it really was a scary experience for us senior citizens. No phone network connectivity & since no power was available the wifi was down too. They definitely need grills in the doors n windows, better fencing around the property & villa in addition to an emergency contact bell or whistle to reach staff in the main building. Security staff also need to be present in the property. Otherwise an overall good experience.
