Best hotel ever. 너무 좋은 경험이었어요. いいホテル！ It was a great facility. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were very friendly. The executive lounge was good with red and white wine. We used the swimming pool every day which was clean and nice. The location could be far from Shenzhen North or Futian station but I travelled through taxi and had no problem. There is a convienience store nearby. We had an elderly and a child who speak no Chinese and we had no problem. Some staff speaks good English.

The hotel service was great, staff is very friendly and cooperative. We came from India, and they were very very cooperative. All amenities were very well served.

The overall experience is excellent. Both buffet in the morning and dinner are well above average! I would suggest more seafood and kids food to be served in the menu. The swimming pool is well constructed but overall facility is lacking, especially for family with kids. The location is good if u enjoy going uphill for the trip. However, the surroundings with no shopping mall and entertainment make no attractions for a 2nd stay.
