FashionTV Luxe Resort Luxury All Inclusive

Today is the last day of rest in this hotel. I want to express my great gratitude to the mini club. All the guys are very active, cheerful, smiling. My children liked everything. Special thanks to the head of Animation for the sensitivity of the work❤️❤️❤️❤️

Honest review of the hotel (we travel a lot): The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful, almost as if they didn’t want us there. At the bars products were constantly missing, and cocktails were made carelessly – for example, Aperol Spritz was even shaken in a shaker (those who know, understand how wrong that is). Common areas were cleaned very slowly – tables left dirty for hours, not disinfected. In the main restaurant, before dinner many tables were still dirty and not set at all. Glasses were dirty, cutlery was wet and just piled up without wiping. Service was practically nonexistent. The toilets were a disaster – from the first day one or another didn’t work, water kept leaking, and they were constantly being repaired. In the end, three of us caught a stomach virus – definitely from the lack of cleanliness, and we are adults traveling without kids. When we checked out, the staff didn’t even say hello or goodbye, let alone ask how our stay was or wish us well. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. The only two positives: nice rooms and decent evening shows.

I am currently staying at Fashiontv Lux Resort Kemer and unfortunately nothing is as the hotel presents itself. This is the first time I am writing such a review, even though for the last 5 years I have spent my holidays every summer in Bodrum and never had such a poor experience with a hotel that calls itself “5* Luxury.” On the first morning, we were told to provide our details and that a “fashion assistant” would contact us with all the information about the hotel. Now it is the 3rd day and we still have not heard from anyone. In the room, on the first day, the TV was not working and most bathroom accessories were missing. Only after a complaint were these issues fixed. The beach and pool situation is extremely frustrating – there are never free sunbeds. Every morning people put towels on them and leave them unused for 5–6 hours, and the staff does nothing about it. Instead of relaxing, guests waste time walking around trying to find a place. The food is fine and I cannot complain much about it, but with drinks it is another story. According to the Luxury All Inclusive concept, drinks should always be available, but most of the time the answer from the bars is simply “we don’t have.” There are many other issues I could mention, but to be direct: this hotel does not deserve to call itself “Luxury.” It is not worth visiting, because instead of a proper holiday you only end up wasting your time and being disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a true luxury experience.
