Beautiful location great property

This place is such an unrealised potential and place of former glory that longer stay is depressing. Building is amazing old fattoria + mansion, but it's barely maintained byt owners. My guess it was at it's best some 10-15 years ago, but now... no winery, no oil production, no restaurant, no breakfasts... They used to do this, but they failed to transition to modern booking/airbnb high quality service and place is half empty. The worst thing is owner's attitude when she describes that pool is horrible state, because whole complex is antique and it's not allowed for them to do anything about it. She describes pool size in this context. There is nothing wrong about pool size - there is everything wrong about it's condition (all visitors after couple days of use of it have their feet in blood due to terrible condition of pool's bottom). All kitchen and shower equipment is very old and in pretty bad shape too. The owner is kind of trying to be nice, but it's incomparable to real, true hospitality you can experience in other much better (and similarly priced) places in Italy, Austria, Germany or Croatia. Being guest there you truly feel like unpleasant inconvenience for the owner. This place is sad story due to great potential and what someone with better approach could achieve.
