Beautiful location but I wish we would have read the reviews first. Very bad start of our holiday. The apartments were far from what we expected for that price (€ 975 for 3 nights) and far from the main property. Reactions were also not customer centric. It felt like we were staying in the other property casa Lucia so maybe we should have booked there

Very disappointed from the service. We went there 3 adults and 5year old child. The guy who was doing the wine tasting presentation stopped the presentation to insult me in front of all the other people because i let my child get in the swimming pool without asking. Of course he was right that we should ask first, however he didn’t have the right to insult me in front of other people. He could tell me everything he wanted in private. And to give you a little bit of context i was arguing with my son for more than 20 minutes not get in the pool and in the end i let him to, because i wanted to him stop winning and i wanted to respect the other people who paid to enjoy this experience and of course while i was arguing with my son I didn’t even think to ask a permission even though i should!

Extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this accommodation! We had planned to stay 4 nights, but ended up staying only 1 night due to health issues and didn't even get a refund! The apartment were located 300-400 meter away from the reception, pool and restaurant, which was not stated in the description. It does not have any AC (which was stated in the description) but roof fans. However, they don't help much when it's 30C+ outside during the night, so it was difficult to sleep well. We had to leave due to health issues, and while trying to express the situation for a refund for the rest of our nights, we were told yes for refund initially. However, when checking out we were completely denied and didn't get a refund back!
