We arrive slightly earlier than the stated check in time, but had no problems in checking in on the room. Was ready for immediate occupancy. Great bathroom facilities and most importantly a fantastic shower. A room had a fridge which allowed us to keep personal items cool as and when required.
We have been coming to this hotel for a seminar for two years now and everytime it was an absolute pleasure to stay at. All the staff are incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need! They also have the best humor and people skills - even in awkward situations they know how to make their guests feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. The rooms are a wide veriety from luxuriously big studios to cozy weekend rooms. The spa including all the amenities is a godsend after a hard day of seminar work. The absolute highlight would have to be the food though. We haven't had a single meal where we didnt absolutely love the food. The staff is super helpful when it comes to allergies or other food preferences and their deserts are absolutely divine. If you are looking for a hotel to enjoy a nice, quiet stay or just a place to hold your seminars, look no further because there's just no way anyone can beat these guys!
We visited this hotel for a weekend, purchased cheaper room, and it was okay, no luxury but it was fine. Breakfast was great, so many options you can imagine. I really enjoyed that.Dinner options were good. Location of the hotel is good, and there is enough parking space. What did not please me was not enough information about what is going on in restaurant, for example the kitchen is closed till 18:00 but we did not find information about it, and at 16:00 after a hike we were hungry sitting there. At this time there was someting like buffet in the hall with cake and tea but we did not have information if it was for everyone or no.. so we ate the cake, which was good. And the spa is open only until 20:00 which was not enough for us. Pool and saunas were fine and we enjoyed our stay there. Staff was nice and helpful. Some of them not so good in english but we managed somehow.
