Their room design is very efficient and modern. The location is also quite good since it's next to a train station. The staff are very helpful and friendly, they accommodated every request we had. They also offer many lending amenities by the reception, their umbrella came in handy since we had unexpected rain for a few days. Regarding room cleaning, it is only if you stay for 4 nights or more. However, they have a really nice service where they collect your used towels and trash and give you fresh towels. I really found this service better since I prefer not to have room cleaning every day and it saves me from requesting new towels.
Room is designed properly so you don't feel cramped. The location is great. Cost is reasonable. Free washer and dryer onsite on 2nd floor it's another big plus. Good for family travel.
Fantastic location, so close to the station and easy to get to everything around Tokyo. Coffee was great and staff really friendly. Loved the room.
