Fava Eco Suites

Brilliant time small issue 1st night whilst they fixed damage jacuzzi from previous guests, spent night a family cave which was well organised 2nd day we moved into planned cave. Spent the next few days with breakfast being delivered at our prearranged time, on our peaceful veranda reading and using our jacuzzi. The staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended some brilliant restaurants locally which we took advantage of.

The room is like a cave, very nice. It is only not 5 stars because the bathroom gets very wet and humid. The hairdryer is very bad, but if you ask you get a good working one. The view is amazing and since you are in a smaller village it feels private. The breakfast can be better. You need to make the coffee yourself and the coffee powder is not good.

Location - not a great location. Uber does not come. You have to walk downhill with steps 300 meter to your room with luggage. Service - terrible service, housekeeper didn’t clean out bathrooms or floor or refill coffee etc into the room in all three days. Don’t leave enough towels daily for everyone. Didn’t refill toilet paper in all three days. Bathroom was very dirty and old. Hot tub didn’t work. It never held the temperature we set. It had dead bugs plus electric shock when our kids went into it. Our kids immediately complained about the electric shock so we took them out of it. We called front desk manager but he never came to look at it. AC was only in the living room not in the bedroom so kind a hot in the room at night. Pictures posted online are definitely deceiving and modified to attract customers. Nothing was as good as pictures shown online. Only good part was porter bringing breakfast into the room daily on time but scrambled eggs were cold by the time breakfast reaches your room but we are okay with it. In short I would not recommend anyone to this hotel from service, to cleanness or location. It was disappointing from all aspects. Thanks
