Misleading & Tricked - horrible Stayed at this place showed four stars hotel rating on the booking website. Pictures look nothing the ones shown, was misleads into believing it was a modern style, this place was grimy and in a sketchy neighborhood. Booked this overpriced place for this type of place. Have to take 2 metro subway takes us 25-30m to go to downtown. The lady that checked me in was nice and offered to show me the area of Lisbon on a map. When I arrived I was slapped with another hidden charges of 77 Euros for staying 2 nights which was cleaning fees, towel charges, and non-related taxes. Found out that other hotels afterwards only charged 1 euro per day. Which was ridiculous. Considering when we we left and come back the next day nothing was cleaned and towels was still wet. Also Wifi Internet wouldn't work in the rooms, it would cut out and be super slow and then cut out. Worst thing was the washroom was so tiny it was located right under the stairs, would touch my head at the short side and go up higher on the shower side literally about 5 feet wide by 3 feet width, sink is about 1 feet and water keeps splashing out of the sink and shower would wet the whole floor nothing to cover it except curtains. Worst part was that it was right in front of the entrance door. When I got out of the shower right in front of the see through glass door, the cleaner is smoking and standing in front of me while I got out of the bathroom with a towel on to walk over to the room. Also another nightmare happened was that I realized next morning I was so itchy and I checked my body And found out that I had 5 bed bug bites and 3 on my legs. Wow life is not fair, worst trip ever to get bed bugs and have to purge out my clothes and suit case. I had tried to call to management to get my money back but they denied my claim. Saying they have no bugs. Well here's proof on my body after staying there bite marks, red spots and bumps, and extreme itchiness. Please avoid this place if possible unless u want go through what I had been to.

SUCH A RIP OFF. They charge a lot of fees at the moment of check-in. Wonder why? At first it seems you are getting a good value, then you can't give up on the day of check-in. They were transparent about towels fees and heating but A 200 euro deposit turned out to be a "service fee", which means no refund. How a nice to rip off a student, in my case, or anybody else. Welcome to Portugal. I lived here for 4 years. This is attitude of businesspeople here. So I paid 200 euros for service and I had none. No cleaning at all during my 9 stays. Most apartments that charge such fee offers cleaning service often. Not here, of course. And not only they are not transparent, they are LIARS. The guy said they don't know much I paid once the booking was made through Expedia. But I could see, while making the payment, the man had a paper from Expedia with the rates I paid. He thought I couldn't see it but I wear eyeglasses and he doesn't. Lol. CANNOT RECOMMEND DISHONEST SERVICE IN ANY WAY AND I WOULD DO EVERYTHING I CAN FOR EXPEDIA TO EXCLUDE THIS COMPANY FORM THEIR LISTING.

The room was not so good as I assumed according to the photos. The window in the bedrom was not possible to close. There was a strange smell in the apartment like when you do not use a house for several months and then just enter into it. It was not comfortable. The location is good and the girl who gave us the keys was kind and told us some useful things about the city and gave us 1 city map and one bottle of wine. The wine was given because we have paid the room in advance (there was no other option) and only after that they sent us an email saying if we arrive after 11 pm 100 eur extra cost will be charged to the room which has to be paid upon check-in. It was simply unethical. 100 eur is too much for a late checkin fee and if we had known about this extra fee we would not have chosen this apartment - so they played us out since we had no other choice because in booking where we booked the apartment this was pre paid. They did not give us any invoice or receipt. Clearly this was their business strategy to get us to book the apartment and 2 days before checking they sent an email that we will need to pay 100 eur for late check in. Not recomend as they know nothing about hosting guests and the customer satisfaction is equal to zero!
