Feldmilla Design Hotel Wellness & SPA

We stayed from June 13th to 20th as a family with our little girl, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and cared for down to the smallest detail. What truly made the difference was the extraordinary staff: kind, professional, and always attentive to every need — not only ours, but especially those of our daughter, who felt welcomed and pampered throughout the stay. She loved the pool and the kid-friendly spaces, while we parents enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the wellness center, and the delicious cuisine. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We will definitely be back!

I stayed at the Feldmilla Hotel for a week of vacation, and overall, it was a great experience. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the location is excellent, and the staff is very welcoming and professional. The spa service is also a fantastic addition, making it easy to fully relax. The only downside I found relates to food allergies. While the dinner service is impeccable, with the staff being very attentive and professional regarding allergens, breakfast lacks clear labeling. There are no signs indicating the type of food or potential allergens, which makes it very difficult for people with allergies to choose safely. For example, the cakes aren’t labeled, so it’s impossible to know what they contain, which is a big issue for anyone with food restrictions. As a result, someone with allergies might not be able to eat much at breakfast. Of course, this is only a problem for those with allergies, but I mention it because every time we check out, we are asked for feedback—and this is the third year in a row that we have pointed it out, yet nothing has changed. Aside from this issue, the hotel is beautiful, and it’s the perfect place to fully relax and unwind.

My experience at was disastrous. Upon my arrival at 7 AM after an exhausting journey, I was told that my reservation had been canceled without prior notice. It seems that the hotel has a policy that allows them to manipulate customers by sending messages to cancel reservations and withdrawing funds without any consideration for guests. I was not contacted by phone and was not given a chance to respond. I would like to emphasize that I provided them with all the information they requested from me without delay, yet I was treated poorly. The treatment from the receptionist was appalling; he was tall, thin, bald, wearing glasses, and did not have a name badge. I could not receive any service, and the amount was charged to my card. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs.
