Felissimo Exclusive Hotel

Great experience with high quality rooms, amenities, food and service. The Bistro is also great (breakfast, lunch/dinner) and we couldn’t have been happier with the service. Chris and Alex were very accommodating and professional. Breakfast was also great. Something for everyone - from breads, meats and cheeses to eggs Benedict, omelettes and much more. The Sunday BBQ is a must as well. One of the best features in the room was the heated floor in the bathroom.

Loved the place. The rooms are very comfortable, the decoration very tasteful and the staff is kind and helpful. Their bar (Gazebo bar) has a deck that overlooks the amazing scenery, very relaxing place to hang out during your stay. One just have to try their Caipirinhas, it's mandatory :) The breakfast was very good too, lots of fresh fruits, juices, breads and cakes. A strong plus for me: they provide bycicles if you want to go for a ride in the zone, or get to the beach that is 700m from the Poussada. Will certainly go again.

We used to stay here every time we come to Itaji, but this time was probably the worst experience we had. With the price they are asking and the inexistent isolation how can you let guest having music so loud no stop day and night? Also got food poisoning by their food at the restaurant, which used to be the highlight of this place. Really upset.
