Feliz Hotel Boracay Managed by Enderun Hotels

I stayed at Feliz Hotel for 5 days and 4 nights in a Premier Double room with my mom, and it was a really good experience. At first, I was going to cancel our booking because they couldn’t charge my card, but they were really accommodating and allowed me to pay upon check-in, which was a huge relief. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I requested a quiet room, and they accommodated my request, which made our stay even better. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Wilbert, an intern who always had a smile on his face. The hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of D'mall, making it easy to access the beach and nearby restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, with different proteins and foods every day. One of the highlights was the fire dancing, which was incredible! The hotel also kept our room clean at all times. Plus, there’s a gym if you want to stay active during your stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

A stunning hotel with great facilities and top-notch customer service. A standout employee is Patrick (the young man with clear-rimmed glasses). He was SO welcoming and accommodating with a positively magnetic charm. It was a wise choice to have him working the front desk. He would be an asset to ANY hotel across the world, honestly. Everyone else was awesome too, very friendly, professional and polite. Things to consider is more shaded seating on the roof top. Perhaps use tall plants in addition to the current provision, as it can get really hot up there. Plus, relaxing lounge music or Spanish guitar instrumentals instead of karaoke or pop music would be better in the section, adding a more luxurious and relaxing ambience. Overall, this hotel is uniquely beautiful and well located, fit to rival big prestigious chains.

We stayed at Feliz Hotel Boracay for 3 nights as a family in a Premier Double Room, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful — very aesthetic, clean, and well-designed. It’s in a fantastic location, right near D’Mall, plenty of restaurants, shops, and just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient for exploring. The bathroom was lovely and spotless, and we really appreciated the special anniversary surprise the hotel prepared for us on arrival — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay memorable. Our kids especially enjoyed the rooftop games and the pool, even though the kids’ club wasn’t yet set up. That said, there were a couple of small downsides: it was a bit disappointing that the package we booked didn’t include breakfast for everyone — we had to pay extra for our son, who barely eats, and we’re used to most hotels including breakfast for all guests. Also, the rooms can be quite noisy; we could hear guests upstairs running around and music from outside, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind. Overall, though, we would definitely recommend Feliz Hotel Boracay for families or couples looking for a beautiful and central place to stay in Boracay. We’d happily return.
