Staff doesn't speak English, it's very difficult to communicate. The hotel is very good and clean, although staff doesn't speak English they try their best to help us, the location is not the best but there is plenty of shops around and a nice park nearby. I will definitely come back. And there was no fridge in the rooms.
Felton Gloria Grand Hotel in Chengdu is by far the best hotel I have stayed in The facilities are fantastic The Staff are exceptional, they really pride themselves on helping you, I can’t thank them enough for all the little things they do. Nothing is too much trouble for them The management are so helpful too They will make your stay one to remember and one you will want again and again I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Top of my list
Good hotel for conferences. The location is not particularly near the metro. Many amenities available like a nice pool, lounge, gym. The design of the rooms were not particularly good with doors of cupboards obstructing the doorways. Nice surroundings with a park and museum nearby.
