Rooms were cozy and clean, Marco the owner was friendly, helpful and an overall excellent host, we truly appreciate him! The location is a walk away from amazing restaurants and most importantly a Metro station for quick transportation to and from the main city attractions. Marco also gave us vouchers to eat at a delicious nearby cafe and we wish we had time to stay for the authentic Italian breakfast that he also provides:) would book again!

Incredibly convenient location, close to the Vatican and major attractions. Marco was a gracious and helpful host. The room was comfortable with a nicely designed, connected bathroom. Fairly quiet area. Wish there was AC, but this was otherwise a very nice stay for these two honeymooners!! Thank you!

This accommodation was absolutely perfect! Be it its location, the very friendly owner, but also the delicious breakfasts. At first we were a bit apprehensive about the common area, it is an apartment after all. However, our concerns were completely unnecessary. And we can highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. We have never seen accommodation as immaculately clean like this. The owner came every day and cleaned the common area perfectly, took out the garbage. When we met him, he even had a short conversation with us and made our day more pleasant. Getting along with him is absolutely no problem, he always helps. When our electrical fuses went out, he didn't hesitate and arrived immediately to help us. The place is very beautiful, cosy and stylishly decorated. The accommodation is in a very good location close to Lepanto metro (close to Termini). The Vatican is also within walking distance (10 minute walk). There are also many restaurants, bars and cafes around the accommodation. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. As we cooked for our accommodation, we used the nearby Careffour Express, but the Careffour Market is better for larger purchases, but is further away. We can recommend nearby Trattoria Ai Villini, for example, or Sfiziami Italian Bistrot... The biggest surprise is the breakfast. We absolutely loved them and looked forward to them every morning, we already miss them. You have a choice of coffee/tea and cornetto (local croissant) with different flavours for breakfast every day. For breakfast you have to go to the cafe (Sciascia Caffè 1919) which is just a few steps away. You can sit inside or outside, the location is not busy so you will enjoy your breakfast. The waiters were very friendly, so you don't have to worry. You get vouchers for the cafe, and it depends on the number of days you stay. We really enjoyed our time in Rome. A lot of the credit goes to this accommodation and especially to its owner. Thank you so much Marco for a wonderful time in Rome!
