Great nature, delicious food, friendly stuff and clean rooms. It was a peaceful stay 😍 There is spa and pool aswell and they were clean. I would say it would be a great location for someone needs time for themselves looking for muse.

Fenerbahçe Topuk Resort was picked up from the Google search about resorts in Bolu. I ended booking 7 rooms for myself and my friends. The resort in prim location facing a lake with forest arround. It is super for relaxation and indulging into mother nature. The hotel room, facility, food and staff are superb and wonderful. The only minor short back is reaching the location using Google map where accuracy during cloudy weather was poor. So I had a hard time to reach the hotel at first time. The hotel provide breakfast and dinner and the food quality, taste and variety were awesome. The staff were very friendly and eager to serve all the time. The front desk staff were very cooperative and always smiling. Ms. Hilal was a fantastic and super helpful person. I salute her for the excellent service. All in all, the 7 persons were so happy with this adventure and supper happy with the hotel. Definitely, if I have a second chance I will visit this hotel again.

It happened to me many times when a trip was delayed or canceled for a reason behind me. In this case, the residence place understands the reason and they don't charge. My trip was canceled by the airline due to adverse weather, immediately I contacted the hotel to understand the reason for cancellation. I know the cancellation request is after the free cancellation time and it is the right of the hotel to charge the full amount. However, for a such respected resort, I was expecting you to understand and appreciate this matter, but you did not give any flexibility on the matter or room for discussion, and I was fined for the full amount of my stay!!!
